No Children - While we love your children we kindly ask that you do not bring them to your appointment. EHL is not a child-friendly space and unfortunately we are unable to accommodate your little ones. Please reschedule your appointment if you are unable to find child-care. This policy is to ensure the safety of everyone and to make sure you have a relaxing experience at the salon.

No Visitors - We kindly ask that you do not bring guests to your appointments (friends, family and/or spouse) as we are limited for space and the waiting areas are meant for clients only. 

Sick Clause - If you do not feel good the day of or the days leading up to your appointment please cancel it. If you show up to an appointment un-well we will ask you to leave and you will be charged for your appointment according to the cancellation policy. We want to keep everyone safe and healthy!

Cancellation Policy - We do ask that you provide 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment in order for your stylist to try and fill the time with another client; failure to do so will result in a 50% service fee charge that will be taken from the credit card provided through the booking site. If you cancel your appointment the day of you will be charged 100% of your service fee.

Late Policy - If you are 15+ minutes behind schedule than your stylist reserves the right to cancel your appointment and charge you accordingly. You will be charged for the full service price from the credit card provided through the booking site, and asked to pay an upfront deposit to book again in the future.

No-show Policy - If you are a no show to your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service fee from the credit card initially provided through the booking site. You will also be asked to send an up front deposit to book again in the future.
